Among the various review apps I've experimented with, this one stands out as the most effective. Unlike Loox and similar options, its key strength lies in prominently featuring a "verified" check alongside reviews, contributing to a notable boost in conversions by a few percentage points. Additionally, the app offers robust filtering options for imported reviews. I highly recommend it!
Thank you so much for your thoughtful feedback and for highlighting the strengths of our app. We’re truly grateful that the “verified” check and filtering options have made a positive impact on your store’s performance. Your recommendation means a lot to us, and we’ll continue working hard to make the app even better for you and all our users. 🙏✨
great app but customer service is slow to respond
I’m Ethan Wilson, Founder of the app. I sincerely apologize for the slow response you experienced with our customer service team. After reviewing the situation, I’ve made significant changes by replacing the previous support team with a new one. From now on, I will personally review all feedback to ensure faster and more attentive support. Thank you for bringing this to our attention—it helps us improve and serve you better. ✨
