We can’t say enough great things about Virtual Diamond Boutique. From day one, their support team has been outstanding — quick to respond, patient, and always solution-oriented.
Michael and Gil are absolute professionals and have been amazing to work with. They genuinely care about our success and it shows in every interaction.
The ring builder/diamond app on our website has transformed how our customers shop online. It’s seamless, easy to use, and has added tremendous value to our business. Virtual Diamond Boutique is a trusted partner and we’re grateful for their continued support.
I really love the ring app builder, it is such a great addition for the website and makes it easy to navigate!
I highly recommend it an not only because it is great but because the team I worked with were very skillful and very responsible, helping me all the way with any question and accommodating my requests at all times. I want to deeply thank Abhinav and Neel for being the best at what they do!
We’ve had a great experience integrating the VDB ring creator into our site. Michael on the sales side was attentive, informative, and helped us evaluate the right solution. Abhinav from the implementation team was thorough, responsive, and consistently willing to adapt when issues came up. Despite a few setup challenges, the VDB team went above and beyond to make sure everything worked smoothly. Their flexibility and commitment to support have made this a valuable partnership.
