RiskClarity has been a game-changer for our store. Instead of just getting a vague ‘medium risk’ score, we now get clear, plain-English reasons and a recommended action (allow, verify, or hold). The gray-zone orders that used to stress us out are finally manageable. We’ve cut down on both fraudulent losses and unnecessary manual reviews. The audit trail is excellent for charge backs too!

I love how RiskClarity looks at the full picture, order value, account age, address consistency, velocity, and returning customer history, then gives a ranked assessment with a clear recommendation.
