Put a QR code in every parcel. Customers scan, review, and photos go on your page.
Print a QR code on your packing slip or a card in the box. Customers scan it, leave a review with photos, and it appears on your product page — no email needed, no app for them to install. You also get automated review request emails after each order, and a widget you can make look like your store rather than like a plugin. Already on Judge.me, Loox, Stamped or Yotpo? Import your CSV in one step. Original dates, photos and your replies all come across.
- QR code reviews — print on packaging, customers scan and review in seconds
- Automatic request emails — 50/month free, unlimited on Pro
- 11 storefront widgets — galleries, carousels, walls, badges, rating strips
- One-step migration — Judge.me, Loox, Stamped, Yotpo, or any CSV
- Free plan that collects — no trial clock, no card, reviews from day one

RIVU great app for collecting and displaying customer review the QR code email reminders and photo video review option make it easy to build trust and social proof for Shopify store
This review app is very good. Haven't faced any problem yet. The reviews look more attractive and the other features are useful. Great work
We started using Rivu to collect more reviews and it has been pretty easy to set up. The review request process feels smooth and the overall app is straightforward.
