My company implemented Route onto our website a year ago and it has been an integral aid in our customer experience. The integration was very quick and the support team has always been expedient.
There have been more customers buy this than I expected. Seems like customers (and us) see a lot of value in the insurance since it is so cheap to get. Excited to keep using this for our business!
We have found Route app to be very helpful. Most of our customers purchase Route Protection, as the cost is minimal. This has protected us several times from losses due to lost and damaged shipments.

I love how easy this app is to install and use. It gives me peace of mind when customers purchase the shipping insurance especially with the shipping delays occurring right now. Highly recommend route.

Route has saved us SO much time in customer service and provided our customers more security when shopping on our site. Route is an absolute MUST-HAVE and I wish we had learned about this service sooner! 5 stars!

UPDATE- Aubri from Route reached out and fixed the issue. Works now.
Does not work. Worked for the first month and now the route check box doesn't even appear. Tried various settings and nothing seems to work.

Route is a must have for any seller of higher priced products - 80% of our clients select it at checkout at jenshansen.com and we believe it has increased our conversion rate. And their customer service is amazing
