We have been working with route for a few years and it has been a great experience. We also just implemented their returns platform as well and the transition process was pretty seamless. Justin was very hands on with making sure our complicated returns workflows were set up and functioning correctly. Very hands on and helpful.

The Route team, including Mitch, have been super helpful and supportive through our implementation of Route on Shopify. We are working on adding their package protection, track and returns offerings and often collaborate across their team and ours. Our customers love the options on site that Route provides.

Very useful app that our customer appreciates being given the option to add shipping protection. Jordyn and their support team also offers excellent vendor service that goes above and beyond.

We have just implemented the Returns and it has been great working with Justin B and Jordyn W. They did the bulk of the set up work for us which was very helpful as we are such a small team. Quick to respond, great to work with! L Jacoby, Caskata
