TL: Free Gifts BOGO & Upsell

Work perfectly out of the box to automatically add a free gift, while preventing the free gift from being removed, increased or delete. They even changed to customer message for me!

We’re very satisfied with this app! It’s incredibly easy to use, and setting up our free gift promotions was quick and straightforward. Everything works smoothly, and the interface is intuitive and easy to navigate.

The app does exactly what we need and has made running our promotional campaigns much easier. Overall, we’ve had a great experience and would highly recommend it to any Shopify store looking for a reliable and user-friendly free gift app.

Excellent app! It does exactly what we need for gift and upsell promotions, and it's very flexible once configured correctly. The support team is outstanding—fast, knowledgeable, and committed to solving issues until everything works perfectly. If you're looking for a reliable gift promotion app for Shopify, this one is definitely worth considering.

Carmine was a big help getting things moving. I had an initial issue with my browser causing some weird behaviour during setup, but Carmine speedily helped me with a fix. Fast to reply, and very polite and helpful. Can't comment on the feature set just yet, but it seems like a really flexible app. The option that allows any product from a specified collection to be selected as a gift (which is sorely lacking in many other apps, or available in far more expensive ones) is really worth it at this price point. Smooth experience so far. Keep up the great work team! Highly recommend.

The app is very user-friendly , quite well-developed, and offers a lot of features . I'm just running into a few issues at the moment, and the technical team is actively working on resolving them . Their response time is also very fast . I hope they can fix my current problem—as long as it gets resolved, I'll definitely keep using it .

Good app for free gift campaigns. Easy to set up, auto-add to cart works well. Support (Carmine) was responsive and helpful, even suggested a progress bar solution I hadn't considered. Free plan is limited (no translations), but solid for testing before committing to a paid plan.

It's a great app with great customer service. They have a lot of features to boost upsales.

Easy to use, lots of options and fabulous customer service. Definitely is great for encouraging sales!

Easy to use and worked as intended. Fast response from support team as well. Good job!
