Terrible app and terrible customer support. The simple gwp setups never work properly and constantly have cache issues. The support teams don't work together so you are just waiting constantly for a helpful response. Highly do not recommend.
Hi LiLash Beauty, we’re really sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with our app. After seeing your review, we immediately started looking into the issue, and it seems that everything is now working smoothly. We also reached out to you directly to better understand the problem you faced, did you happen to receive our email?
Once again, we truly apologize for the trouble and hope to hear back from you soon.
Awesome app! Great customer support helping me with everything. I feel ready to supercharge my black friday offer with SP!
Had a great experience with this app. I had a few questions and minor issues when setting up but the lovely team was super responsive and helped me all the way through. It works like a charm!
App is easy to use with great customer service.
Jocelyn and the technical team are so nice and patient, they help me solve a lot of questions and response real fast. Thumbs up!
Brilliant app! For those who are wondering, it is definitely free and works really well. Also, I had a technical issue (my fault) and they helped fix it really quickly.
Salepify did an amazing job assisting us with our requests in customizing the cart drawer. Shoutout to Jocelyn; her attentive guidance has significantly improved the user experience on our site, and we highly recommend Salepify to anyone looking to enhance their upsell strategies!
Excellent app. We run quite a few free gift promos and this works great every time. Excellent and fast support.
The customer service is amazing...
The best that I have ever met so far.
Thank you very much for your huge help.
The interface is straightforward to use and the customer support team, especially Jocelyn is super helpful in resolving any issues.
