Very happy with this app. It works well, is easy to use, and the support team is amazing.

This app completely broke my website during Cyber Week, causing an infinite loop that made it unusable at the worst possible time. Support was slow and unhelpful. I strongly recommend avoiding this app — it’s unreliable and poorly maintained.

Eigentlich liebe ich die App und ihre Funktionen, auch der Support gibt alles und ist wirklich super, aber irgendwie habe ich immer Probleme wenn ich wieder eine neue Kampagne plane und etwas neues teste. Mag aber auch am Shop Setup liegen, so genau versteht das glaube ich keiner. Dank dem Support konnte ich auf jeden Fall trotzdem mein Free Gift Popup umsetzen. Allerdings kam das Problem stillschweigend zurück, was natürlich extrem verkaufsschädigend ist. Ich werde mich das nächste Mal nach einer anderen App umsehen.
Es tut uns sehr leid wegen der Probleme, auf die Sie gestoßen sind. Nach einer Überprüfung in Ihrem Shop haben wir festgestellt, dass die von Ihnen vorgenommenen Änderungen in der App-Konfiguration dazu geführt haben, dass der benutzerdefinierte Code, den wir zuvor für Sie erstellt hatten, nicht mehr richtig funktioniert hat. Nach dem Update scheint nun aber wieder alles einwandfrei zu laufen. Wir hoffen sehr, dass Sie uns auch weiterhin Ihr Vertrauen schenken und uns auf unserem weiteren Weg begleiten.
I have been in contact with their support for a week, with help regarding to create a very commun campaign. Buy 3 pay only for 2. They have given me different answers and mixed messages about how I should do. So I have spent a lot of time and effort for nothing. They couldn’t solve it, so look for another app if you would like that campaign or similar.

I was having an issue with my pop up and the support team was ready to help in an instant. I love how many different customizations you can do for your offers and gifts. A plus is that they let you offer variations as gifts (I tried over 8 other apps before this and none of them worked as well or offered this). 5/5 Support and Customer Service!

The app itself is quite easy to use and setup basic promotions. The best part about this app however is the support team who will work with you for as long as it takes to get your offer perfect. Jocelyn, Nicky and Ander from the Salepify team are super responsive and spent three weeks with us creating a fully custom design and offer for our store. The analytics piece is also great for evaluating the effectiveness of different promos.
Great Customer Service! our average sale order has gone up 10% within the last couple of weeks of implementing our promotional milestone progress bar. I highly suggest everyone to get this app and if you have trouble or questions their customer support will handle it for you.
The app performs exactly as advertised. We encountered a minor bug related to our theme, which ultimately highlighted the excellent customer support. Jocelyn promptly escalated the issue and ensured it was resolved quickly. We truly appreciate having an app of this caliber within the ecosystem.
Have been looking for a long time, to find the perfect app for offering gifts to our customers - and finally found it!
Salepify didn't have all the features I needed, but the excellent support team quickly made a custom solution for me. They speak fluent english, and responds most of the time within seconds.
And even better, they don't ask for a 5-star review after each conversation, like many other app providers do.
