TL: Free Gift BOGO & Upsell

The gift selection popup wasn't displaying correctly on mobile portrait mode in our custom theme. The support team quickly identified the root cause and fixed it within 2 days. Fast, professional, and thorough support. Also, the app is easy to set up and very intuitive to use.

**Great first experience with the app and amazing support!**

I’ve just started using Tek Labs Gifts & Upsell to set up promotions and discounts for my store. So far, the app has been easy to use and has the features I need.

What really impressed me was the **fast customer support**. I encountered an issue while setting up my promotion, and their team responded and helped me **ASAP**. They were very responsive and quickly helped me resolve the issue.

It’s still early days for me, but based on my first experience, I’m really happy with the app and especially the support. Looking forward to using more of its features!

Excellent support! The team is very responsive, helpful, and quick to understand and address queries. The app works well, and I’d love to see a feature that displays each product only once in the free-gift popup, with the customer able to select their preferred size/variant. Would make the app even better!

The app has quite a lot of settings and configuration options to work through, which means it can be tailored according to needs. The range of offer types, styling controls, translations and placement options makes it possible to create promotions that fit the store properly rather than feeling like a generic widget.

I’m still setting up and testing my offers, but the app is working well so far and I’m very happy with what I’ve been able to create.

We've been using Tek Labs Gifts & Upsell app on and off for 2 years. Their customer service and dev team are second to none - easily the most friendly and helpful team we've worked with, plus it's a great product. Highly recommend!

This free gift app has been very helpful for running our promotional campaigns. The setup is simple, and it allows us to create gift-with-purchase offers smoothly, which improves the shopping experience for our customers. Highly recommended for stores that want to run free gift promotions and increase customer engagement.

De vrais assistants de service à la clientèle sont disponibles très rapidement si on a besoin d'assistance. Service très aidant et courtois. Aussi l'application est très complète surtout considérant le fait qu'elle est totalement gratuite.

This app is fantastic and very easy to use! The live chat support is incredibly responsive, helpful, and always quick to assist whenever we have questions.

What really stands out is their amazing support and development team. Carmine and the team always willing to help with our customized requests regarding the free gifts and work with us to find the right solutions.

We’ve been using Salepify to run promotions and highlight offers on our store. The app is easy to set up, integrates smoothly with Shopify, and the UI is clean for both desktop and mobile. The price range and discount display features are especially helpful in guiding buyers. Support has been responsive whenever we had questions. Overall, a reliable tool for increasing engagement and conversions.

Big thanks, Carmine! Your help means a lot.
