We recently started using this shipping protection service for our company, and so far, we’ve been very impressed with the experience. From the initial setup to getting everything integrated, their customer service has been excellent. They were responsive, helpful, and took the time to answer our questions and make sure we understood how everything worked.
While we haven’t had to submit a shipping claim yet, the setup process has been smooth and we feel confident knowing we have a reliable solution in place should an issue arise. As a growing business, having great customer support and an easy-to-use shipping protection option is extremely important to us.

HORRIBLE. Absolutely GARBAGE. This app, by default, creates a new product for EVERY SINGLE purchase of shipping insurance. We didn't even realize this at first because its the default setting and now my book keeping has HUNDREDS of fake inventory items. What kind of morons set this up instead of using a dynamic pricing for a single insurance product? My books are absolutely wrecked because of this.
