It is easy to use, and customer service responds promptly and provides helpful assistance. I used the free version for a while and now plan to upgrade to the Standard version.
Hi youngsee,
Thanks so much for the kind words! 🎉

We recently started using this shipping protection service for our company, and so far, we’ve been very impressed with the experience. From the initial setup to getting everything integrated, their customer service has been excellent. They were responsive, helpful, and took the time to answer our questions and make sure we understood how everything worked.
While we haven’t had to submit a shipping claim yet, the setup process has been smooth and we feel confident knowing we have a reliable solution in place should an issue arise. As a growing business, having great customer support and an easy-to-use shipping protection option is extremely important to us.

HORRIBLE. Absolutely GARBAGE. This app, by default, creates a new product for EVERY SINGLE purchase of shipping insurance. We didn't even realize this at first because its the default setting and now my book keeping has HUNDREDS of fake inventory items. What kind of morons set this up instead of using a dynamic pricing for a single insurance product? My books are absolutely wrecked because of this.
We’re truly sorry for the frustration this caused. We’ve taken your feedback seriously, and the issue has now been improved in the latest version.
Thank you for giving Sam a try — we really appreciate it and your feedback. If you’re open to it, feel free to reinstall Sam, and I’ll personally make sure you get the best support possible. 🙏
Wilson from ShopWil
Wilson was an amazing help we were on chat for a long time. It started at the nighttime and I woke up in the morning and I was still on chat with the same person and resolved my problem as quick as possible. Service was really good.

Amazing and fast customer service. They fulfilled my requests promptly and even offered to remove the watermark for free, even though I was using the free plan.

Great app backed by an equally good team! It offers an impressive set of features at an excellent price, making it the best value for a self-managed insurance app on the Shopify App Store. The app is well worth the investment, and the team behind it deserves credit for delivering such a great product. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a reliable, feature-rich solution at a competitive price!
Thank you so much for the 5-star review!
We're glad our self-managed shipping protection gives you great value. If you ever need help with your package protection widget or claims, we're always here.
Cheers! 🥃
