We literally moved this store over to Shopify so we could run SavedBy on it. That is how much we trust them. We have used SavedBy on our other brand for a while, and the difference is simple: when a carrier loses, damages or misdelivers a package, the customer files a claim, SavedBy reorders or refunds out of their own wallet, and we keep the revenue and the customer. Our support inbox got quieter the week it went live. Onboarding on the new store was fast and personal. Alex and Greg walked us from install to live in days, sent checkout screenshots for approval before anything went public, and answered every question the same day. Package protection at checkout also reads as confidence to the buyer, which helps conversion. If you ship physical products, this is the one app I would install first.
