Installed SB AI Chatbot a few weeks back and it’s genuinely moved the needle for us. It handles the bulk of our pre-sales questions and order status queries 24/7, so my team can focus on the trickier tickets. Setup was quick, it picked up our product catalog without any fuss, and the responses actually sound on-brand instead of robotic. Highly recommend to any Shopify merchant looking to add AI without the headache.
