We really appreciate it and we're very happy to hear you had a great experience with our app and our customer service.
Happy scaling :-)
I’m honestly blown away by the support team behind this app. I reached out to ask if they could potentially add a specific language that I needed, and I was shocked when they actually did it! It’s not every day you see developers literally implementing a whole new language just because a user asked for it.
The app itself works flawlessly, but this level of dedication to their community is what truly sets them apart. If you're looking for an app where the developers actually listen and care, this is it. Ten out of ten!
Waow really appreciate this feedback. For anything at anytime we will always do what helps our merchants scale and meet their needs. Thank you for using ScaleChart and thank you for this review!
I've wasted more time than I'd like to admit setting up size charts with other apps — this one actually just works. Genuinely the quickest I've gotten a new product collection sorted - very easy to use aswell.
What a legend. Thanks for the feedback!
This app is amazing, the price / quality ratio is out of this world. And the way it works is unbelievable, so easy to use. It has been an absolute gamechanger for me, it saves me a lot of time and money.
