I just installed the App and had a great onboarding from Berker. There are somethings we have to work on and they have to still implement on my store. So far, I was happy they took there time to review every aspect of the store with me in detail with an action plan.

This is an excellent app with very good support behind it. We highly recommend it!

Perfect features, easy to use, and exceptional support. Thank you!

Great going as of now! quick support !

Easy onboarding. Thanks!

We added this app to our Shopify store a few weeks ago and are still in the process of setting everything up. While it’s too soon to comment on the impact for our sites, the level of customer service has truly stood out. The support team has proactively offered multiple one-on-one onboarding sessions and scheduled follow-ups to ensure a smooth setup. Every time I’ve reached out for assistance, I’ve received prompt and helpful replies, which is a rare experience I have found. So far, we’re very pleased with both the responsiveness and commitment to customer care.

Great app, easy to use and works perfectly! Excellent support team.

Yaprak was very helpful in setting up. Excited to get started and have my onboarding call.
