Super slow customer service, have been waiting 3+ weeks to activate my account with this APP still no luck. Would not recommend, look elsewhere
I greatly appreciate the dedication and support Baris has given me and my store! Schema is so over my head, so I am very thankful for the help!
Caused traffic to decrease, showed Google Console proof, contacted them no help but sent me a link to better understand Schema which i didnt need.
Thank you for your feedback. For your site, we explained in detail along with links to documents why your traffic is decreasing (which is a general problem to your site). We offered to help you further, as we always do with every single one of customer requests. Without any response to our emails, you deleted our app and leave us a one-star review.
Thanks for the amazing customer service, Yaprak and Didi helped me to fix an issue I had on my website. The app is easy to use. Thank you so much!
The app works and Baris from customer support was very helpful in fixing errors. I strongly recommend this app to solve your schema issues on google.
Excellent customer service, spoken with Yaprak multiple times and found the answer every time. Quick replies and helps with questions beyond the app!
Had some errors regarding google unparsable code and Berker helped me through it. Schema Plus has always been there when I need them. Thanks guys.
The best support I've ever experienced - I was helped quickly and given recommendations away from the usual app performance that are extremely helpful.
Great app, and ultra quick support from Ozzy and the rest of his support team! We have successfully added extra snippets to our organic search results!
I just started with this app. I'm not sure of the results yet, but the customer service was very good for setting it up and removing bad schema on my site.
