Leicht zu verstehen. Aber die Einstellung Deutsch musste manuell getätigt werden. Da ist noch viel Luft nach oben. Ansonsten sehr gut. Und der Preis dürfte nicht so hochsein
This app works and looks great.
An excellent interface and many options for customers to modify their subscriptions. What sets it apart though is the stellar customer support.
I've had a couple of minor tweaks that I wanted to be done and within hours they fixed those.
I really love the way how it works and especially the fact that they don't charge a percentage of your revenues.
We LOVE this app! The addition of offering subscriptions has completely changed our small business and took it in a direction we never planned for. The customer service is quick and helpful as well. We are so grateful! -Brian and Carolyn @ FramsChams.com
Seal is a great solution for your subscriptions at a great price. I don't think Shopify's native sub app is working very well yet, so for third party solutions, check this one out. I had some initial kinks to work out with it, but their customer support has been very helpful and handled those issues. I'm always down with apps that have decent support teams - it's becoming such a rarity these days to get good support for anything!

For us, the best combination of features, support, and price of any subscription app we’ve tested. U/X in the dashboard and customer portal could use some polishing, but it is functional with some unique features. Very happy to be freed from Recharge! Thanks Josh for all the help getting migrated.
We've barely begun using this app but already the depth of options is amazing. We've run into a few snags (due to the way we want to use it) and the support folks have been EXTREMELY helpful. We're in Canada, so help usually takes 12-24 hours, but they have been good at understanding our issue and responding in detail.
Very impressed.
I just started using it.. I have no complaints and having this as an option has really boosted the revenue of the store. Plus it creates repeat customers without much effort.
Support is very slow and unhelpful. You can only reach them by email, and they take days to respond with small, uncoordinated steps. Critical issues can take over 4 days to resolve, if they get resolved at all.

Apologies if your experience with our support team hasn't been perfect.
If an issue is happening on our side, then our team usually resolves these issues in up to 24 hours or even earlier over work days.
In your case, you sent an email to us on a Friday afternoon and one of our support agents recognized the urgency of your issue and replied to you as soon as possible on a Saturday, even though most of our team is out of office over the weekend.
He requested more info about the issue and when you sent us an email with more info on Monday, he immediately recognized that the issue wasn't happening on our side, but instead was happening in the integration between Shopify and Stripe.
Due to the issue not happening on our side, he immediately asked you to contact Shopify Support about this, which you also did and then, the issue was resolved by Shopify a day or two later :)
Having said that, we are happy to have you as a customer and are looking forward to helping you run your business through our platform :)

Great app, support is phenomenal. I sent an email to their team and almost instantly they fixed the issue for me, instead of giving instructions on doing it myself. The issue I had was how to remove the subscribe and save box from my collection pages.
