Seal Subscriptions app team
Very dependable system
In the setup stage. But straight forward so far.
Perfect I like it
Great app to use for subscriptions...easy to use!
Not user friendly for a novice user
Hi,
Thank you for your review, and I am very sorry to hear that you found the app not user friendly as a novice user.
Subscriptions can sometimes feel a bit complex, especially because each shop can have a different subscription setup and workflow. Seal includes many options so it can support different use cases, but we also really want to make sure that everything feels as clear and easy to use as possible.
We would really appreciate the chance to help you and better understand where you are currently struggling or which part of the app feels unclear. Can you please get back to us at support@sealsubscriptions.com so we can check this and help you in the right direction?
Best regards,
Seal Subscriptions app support
