UI needs improvement, especially with adding more filter options. Right now, discounts for free products are being applied permanently instead of only on the first subscription order. We occasionally offer free products, but the system continues to apply the discount on every renewal.
Because of this, we’ve been manually removing those discounts to ensure the items aren’t repeatedly marked as free.

Original reply:
Hi,
There is a very easy way to apply the discount only on the initial order, so you don't have to remove it manually :) We have sent you an email about this so we can check your case and share the exact instructions on how to do that, but we haven't yet heard back from you.
Can I ask you to check your inbox and get back to us at support@sealsubscriptions.com?
Thank you,

The Seal Subscription App must be one of the best options available for Shopify. It integrates very easily (both from a technical point of view but also in terms of the look and feel on your store). It's really easier for customers to use and it also integrates well into the account area so that customers can easily manage their subscriptions. The technical team are also highly responsive to any issues you might have.
Thank you so much for this great review :)
We are incredibly happy to hear that you like the app and how easy it is to integrate it :)
Working with you is a pleasure :)

Great app for scaling a store. Setup is simple, features are reliable, and pricing is very fair. The subscription tools work smoothly and help boost recurring revenue.
I'm currently 2 months in and so far my experience has been flawless and my customers are appreciating the opportunity for subscriptions and the strong communication. I didn't have to set any of that up - it was automatic, which as we know, is very helpful as a business owner.
We use this for hundreds of subscriptions for our customers, has always worked as expected and in the one time we've needed support, they've been super helpful and quick to resolve any issues.
Thank you so much for this great review :) We really appreciate to hear that you like our app :) Reviews really help keep us motivated and inspired to keep improving :)
Best regards,

so easy to set up, even for completely non technical people like me. I love that I had subscription in the first week that I started using it.
It was super easy to set up for my monthly letter club. Support got back with me immediately. I am a small business, and Seal had the best pricing options for someone starting out small. Thanks.
Honestly 10000X better than Recharge or loop... FOR A FRACTION of the price. I've moved all my store subscription programs to them because of the simplicity... And I love that I can see the subscription calendar with LTV. These guys know their stuff and I will be a customer for life.
