Really happy with the app and the support I received. I needed some help getting everything set up correctly, and the support team was very helpful, quick to respond, and made the whole process easy. This App is great. Lots of great features and widgets to display customer reviews in various locations throughout the site. Their staff is also super friendly and always willing to help any time we have questions or special requests. Their features which allow for discounts for reviews/photo reviews have also been especially beneficial to us.

機能がとても多いですが、必要な機能だけオンにすれば良いです。
チャットサポートも親切で、私の場合は概ね２分程度で回答が届きました。
機能面の説明
・商品ページからログインしなくても気軽にレビューを送れます。
・受け取ったレビューは掲載される条件は★4以上であれば自動掲載するなど、自由度が高いです。誤字脱字の修正や削除などもできます。
・購入者へのレビュー依頼メールの送信も10日後に送る、15日後に再送するのように自動化できます。
・レビュー割引も実装できます。
・表示項目や色などは専門知識なしで調整できます。
まだ、把握しきれてないですが、素晴らしいアプリだと思います。

what i like about this app is that it is customizeable, did come across challenges was not being able to import reviews from other apps so their chat bot was able to help with the template provided. overall the aesthetics on the store look nice and well-presented

I accidently deleted a product with 99 reviews. So I recreated the product and asked if the reviews could be restored.
