Such a fun and refreshing experience!
When I reached out to the support team about adding a popup option, they got back to me almost instantly and were genuinely interested in my feedback. I set up the widget very quickly, just a couple of minutes. I’ve already observed more returning visitors who love the games. I’m excited to see that popup feature in a future update. Solid product and amazing support. Thanks, SecretHero team!
Hi Short Story Team,
Wow, thank you for this awesome review! We’re so happy to hear the setup was quick and our support hit the mark. Being our very first Shopify App review, your feedback means the world to us.
We know we’re just at the beginning, so please keep the feature requests coming. The popup option you mentioned is already on our radar, and we’re excited to build it out soon. If there’s anything else you’d love to see or any ideas you have, just let us know.
Thanks again for choosing SecretHero and helping us grow!
Cheers,
The SecretHero Team
Very easy to setup for use. It would be lovely to add more games. Great app! Hope this can be free for the longest time. Good job!
We’re a UK-based startup and wanted something to boost engagement beyond the usual spin-the-wheel. SecretHero gave us a mix of fun games like scratch cards and pop-ups that are quick to set up and easy to run. Customers enjoy playing, and we’ve noticed more repeat visits since adding it.
We love how simple it was to get everything running. The games make our store feel more alive. Customers are definitely more engaged.
