Sections work great and having the ability to test them out is super helpful. Customer support has been great.
Video Slider completely failed to display the play/pause and audio controls, and there was no live support to resolve it. Everything had to be handled through slow email exchanges that went nowhere. In 2026, any tech or AI‑related app with no online support is a red flag. This was a terrible experience and I wouldn’t recommend it.
Thanks for feedback.
We refunded your Video Slider on April 11, and I still want to fix it.
The whole thing got stuck on collaborator access: you approved it, the confirmation never reached us, and 12 days went by.
That step is clearly too fragile on our end.
If you still want the slider working, re-approve access and reply to my email, I'll take it from there.

Good support from Alfred
Very very useful resources for the e-commerce brands
Everything works great. Beautiful app, quite a must have - cheap as well.
I’m extremely impressed with the level of service from Section Store. I reached out about an error while installing one of their app presets, and their team responded quickly, communicated clearly, and guided me through the fix with total professionalism. Their dedication to customer success really stands out. Grateful for the help and highly recommend their custom Shopify solutions.
This is a MUST HAVE app for anyone trying to build an amazing store. Easy to use sections with a ton of customisation.
Ran by great people, who are always happy to support and fix anything if needed.
100% would recommend.
Perfect for leveling up your store—fast.
Section Store makes upgrading my site effortless. The sections install cleanly, look premium, and save me a ton of time. One‑time pricing is a huge win, and their support team is lightning‑fast. Easily one of the best apps I use.
We started with variants and after a very fast and helpful customer service everything was adjusted and working perfectly. Very easy to install and set up.
