Great app with some top-notch features. Setup was seamless and couldn't have been easier. We did have one small technical issue, but the support team was on it immediately. They were very helpful and sorted everything out quickly. It’s made a massive difference to our workflow. Cheers to the entire team!

While I really do like alot of the sections created in this store. I have yet to buy one that functions the way its supposed to without having to contact support for further help. Can be very frustrating.

We absolutely adore Section Store. We love all of their fantastic sections and it has truly saved us money. Rather than going down the route of downloading apps to deliver features such as "Shoppable Video" etc for hundreds of $$ a year, we were able to integrate exactly these features at a fraction of the cost. In addition the features are highly customisable and of a really high quality. I think it is also worth mentioning how fantastic their support team is - the support team went above and beyond to diagnose any implementation issues and solve them virtually straight away which was really reassuring. Will definitely continue to use Section Store as I expand out and continue building my store. Keep up the good work guys!

Using Shopify can be expensive, but it is great that the Section Store provides sections that involve only a one-time cost (and those costs are low). Support is great as well; they will step in and in a prompt manner answer questions and help you customize the provided section a bit.

Im using this app pretty much on every store i launch. I can get every section i need and want in minutes. No coding, no app. It is compatible with upgrades on the theme, so if u got an update you can do it without losing any sections. Awesome idea.

Section Store has been an absolute game-changer for my Shopify build.

Not only are the sections beautifully designed and genuinely useful, but the support is on another level. I ran into a tricky responsive layout issue across desktop, tablet, and mobile (the kind that usually turns into a multi-day headache), and Alfred + team jumped in immediately. They made hands-on adjustments directly to the section, tested across breakpoints, and didn’t stop until everything looked perfect in all three views.

That level of care is rare.

If you’re building a serious storefront and want high-quality sections plus real humans who actually help you solve problems (fast), this app is a no-brainer. It feels less like an app and more like having a small dev team in your corner.

Really solid app with high quality sections that integrate nicely with Shopify themes. The flexibility is great and it’s helped improve the look and feel of my store quite a bit.

I initially had a frustrating support experience, but the team reached out, took the feedback seriously, and went above and beyond to resolve things. Jack personally stepped in, installed the sections for me, and gave some genuinely useful conversion advice for my store.

The app itself is brilliant and we love using it for our store. However, the support side of things has been a bit of a struggle and pretty frustrating to deal with.

We had an issue where settings changed automatically overnight, and despite providing screenshots and collaborator access, we kept getting asked for a video recording of the "glitch" actually happening - which is impossible to provide for an intermittent, overnight change. It felt like we were going around in circles a bit.

Love the product, but the support experience could definitely be a lot smoother.
