At first glance, this seems like a great app — everything appears to work smoothly. However, after installation, we noticed a sudden drop in traffic and realised the app significantly slows down the site.
Initially, we assumed it was related to our plan and decided to upgrade, but unfortunately, that made no difference.
It’s a well-designed app that offers all the features you might need, but the performance impact is a major drawback. For us, it wasn’t a net gain.
We're really sorry to hear about the site speed and traffic issues you experienced. We designed our app to be feature-rich while minimizing performance impact, so this feedback is very important.
We'd appreciate the chance to investigate. Please reach out to our support team directly so we can look into why this happened with your specific setup.
