應用程式方面，要做到的地方都有。比官方的Chat Box更好。
我很滿意，重點是可以連結到Whatsapp，十分方便。
設置也很多元化，會一直用下去的。

真的非常简洁！很容易上手，不会的可以直接找在线客服帮你解决，真的非用心，效率也很高。非常满意，完全超出期望值。可以直接查询订单状态，还能自动解答问题，可以设置好模板之后自动回复，真的非常的好用。强烈推荐。

It is a good app and customer support is helpful. It would be perfect if with more auto-reply features.
