This app is faultless in every way.
For days, I've been looking for a way to add real-time chat capability to my store, but I haven't been successful.

Great app, it has all basic help center and chat related items for a small business like me. Only thing I feel as missing is an android app to keep track of customer message, hope it is added in future.

Despite advertising 'Manage all channels in one inbox, including Live chat, Email, Whatsapp, Messenger' the app can't actually handle receiving emails. All it can do is post a link to your email address.

Specifically reviewing the FAQ functionality. Was working fine when I installed it and the app has undergone a major overhaul. Might work fine for other functions but FAQ is no longer managed within Shopify.

We are deeply sorry that you had a bad experience with our APP. FAQ has been upgraded to Willdesk and all the data of FAQ is moved to the Help Center of Willdesk. Beside the functions we support previously, there are more useful features added in Willdesk. You can also edit your FAQ questions in the Help Center. The team at UpperCommerce has been extremely helpful in modifying the tool to meet the needs of our shop. The functionality is great, only thing that is missing is an email notification for their WillDesk LiveChat tool.
