I like that SellBot gives shoppers another way to find answers while browsing a store. The product suggestions are especially worth exploring when customers aren't sure which item suits their needs. I would make sure the responses match the actual product details, but having product discovery and support in one chat is a useful idea for an online store.
Product recommendations need to do more than display a few similar items. I'd test SellBot by asking a specific shopping question and checking whether the suggested products actually match the customer's needs. The comparison feature is also worth exploring, particularly for stores where shoppers have several options to consider before deciding.
Automated support is useful, but there are situations where a customer needs to speak with someone directly. SellBot's phone-alert feature is worth testing to see how the notification works when a shopper requests human assistance. I'd check whether the alert arrives reliably and whether it's easy to follow up on the conversation.
