I like that SellBot gives shoppers another way to find answers while browsing a store. The product suggestions are especially worth exploring when customers aren't sure which item suits their needs. I would make sure the responses match the actual product details, but having product discovery and support in one chat is a useful idea for an online store.

I'd test SellBot by asking a specific shopping question and checking whether the suggested products actually match the customer's needs. SellBot's phone-alert feature is worth testing to see how the notification works when a shopper requests human assistance.
