I have been using it for a month and they do have great products. I paid for their essential plan about a month ago and decided to upgrade to their pro plan yesterday, which cost $99, because my TikTok Shop application was approved.
The essential plan gives you one store and the pro plan gives you 3. The issue is I am only allowed to add 2 more eBay stores and not a Shopify or Amazon or TikTok, etc. Is Sell The Trend mandating that I have to pay $99 for 3 stores on the same platform? This should be a choice and not a requirement.
It was after 6 PM when I made the purchase and I sent a ticket. I got an automated response that responses take 24 hours.
Its now 11 AM the next day and if it takes the full 24 hours, I will not get a response until Monday of next week. I have to leave for work soon so I attempted to troubleshoot the issue with their live chat, but instead of resetting our conversation, it opened our last conversation and is directing me to submit a ticket instead of escalating or trouble shooting the issue in real time.
I am paying for a service that I cannot use and this is not fair. I really hoped to work on my store and load some products between yesterday evening and the early part of today, because I will not have time again until next week.
Customer support is not as responsive as it should be during active hours. The products are great but the service is terrible. I hope this is not reflective of the level of support that occurs when there is a fulfillment issue. Great products does not equal quality customer service. You need both especially if you are a new store and building a brand

We’d like to clarify an important point about how our subscriptions work.
Our Pro plan allows you to connect up to 3 stores on the same ecommerce platform. For example, if you’re using Sell The Trend with eBay, you can connect up to 3 eBay stores. Shopify, Amazon, and TikTok Shop are separate integrations that require their own subscriptions.
This is how our platform subscriptions are structured, and it does not indicate a technical issue with your account.
Regarding customer support, we understand that you were hoping to receive assistance immediately so you could work on your store. While our team works to respond as quickly as possible, support requests are handled in the order they’re received, and response times may vary but always within 24 hours or sooner.
We also want to reassure you that our support team is available to help with product imports, store connections, order fulfillment, and any technical issues you encounter.
We genuinely appreciate your business and would welcome the opportunity to help you understand your subscription options and find the best setup for your needs.

Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt: Das erste Onboarding und die Verknüpfung zwischen den Systemen liefen anfangs in einer Endlosschleife fest. Erst nach einer kompletten Deinstallation und Neuinstallation direkt über das Shopify-Backend wurde der Shop fehlerfrei erkannt und als aktiv angezeigt. Wer also in der Einrichtungsschleife feststeckt: Ein sauberer Reset der App bewirkt Wunder!
Jetzt steht das Fundament, die Verbindung zu AliExpress funktioniert und das Importieren klappt reibungslos mit einem Klick. Für das Tool selbst und die Funktionen gebe ich sehr gerne verdiente 5 Sterne. Ein mächtiges Werkzeug für jeden Dropshipping-Store!
