Send order updates and checkout reminders on WhatsApp, and answer shoppers with an AI assistant.
SendApp connects your store to WhatsApp through the official WhatsApp Business Platform. Pick an approved template for each event and SendApp sends it by itself: order confirmation, shipping update with tracking, cancellation and abandoned checkout reminders (by default only to customers who agreed to marketing). Customers are saved as contacts with their consent, an AI assistant answers store visitors day and night, and you reply from anywhere with the native SendApp mobile app.
