Sendcloud Versandplattform

Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit der Integration. Die Label-Erstellung ist einfach, die Anbindung mit unserem Post-Vertrag hat auch problemlos geklappt. Sollte man Fragen haben, ist der Sendcloud Support immer erreichbar.

Wir verwenden die Shopify-Integration jetzt ungefähr ein Jahr und es hat nie Probleme gegeben. Gewünschte änderungen wurden vom Sendcloud Team auch sofort umgesetzt. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und werden den Service weiterhin benutzen!

Seeehr buggy, öfters mal langsam oder irgendwelche Schnittstellen Fehler. Funktioniert meistens gut, funktionell einfach zu bedienen aber der Support ist eine Katastrophe darum nur 2 Sterne. Tickets werden einfach ignoriert, Grundlegende Funktionen teilweise fehlerhaft wie z.B. die Zollerklärung der PostAT funktioniert nicht.
Hatte dort einen Mailkontakt am Anfang, die Dame scheint aber gekündigt zu haben.

Nervige Fehler:
Manchmal springt es auf einen random Versandtarif beim speichern der Sendung.
Für GLS manchmal Gewicht zu gering, springt automatisch auf DHL Express.
Automatisierung unmöglich, suche bereits eine Alternative.

0 assistance. We paid for a year subscription but finally never used Sendcloud. We asked several time for a refund but still no respond after more than 10 e-mails.
For selling they answer at the minute but when you have a problem and ask for help or refund or wathever nobody responds anymore.

Parfait, facile à utiliser, et si besoin on trouve également facilement des tutos qui expliquent très bien. La gestion des expéditions est beaucoup plus fluide !

Une vraie libération depuis qu'on travaille sur sendcloud, tout est simplifié et rapide, les équipes sont enchantées ! Très bonne gestion également des livraisons internationales et documents de douane, donc je recommande +++

Sendcloud is quite easy to use and syncs seamlessly with Shopify, which is great. The only downside is that there are often glitches when creating labels, and they stopped offering DPD to the UK. The shipping rates are also not that attractive for international shipments when you compare with other apps like Easyship. But other than that, it's been great for our ad hoc EU shipments.

utilizziamo questa piattaforma da più di un anno e non possiamo che essere soddisfatti del servizio. i costi sono tra i più bassi rispetto ad altri concorrenti che hanno tariffe di spedizione molto più alte. con il tempo i corrieri disponibili sono aumentati e questo permette di gestire ogni spedizione come meglio si crede. inoltre il servizio clienti molto gentile e per qualsiasi problematica sono tutti completamente a disposizione e ti mettono a tuo agio sin da subito. dal pannello puoi seguire tutte le spedizioni man mano ed è molto intuitivo sia in fase di setup iniziale che in fase di utilizzo.
servizio consigliato, uno dei migliori sul mercato.

Sehr klar strukturierte App, läuft wunderbar integriert mit Shopify. Vereinfacht den Logistikprozess stark!
