We’ve been using Sendcloud for several months now and we’re really happy with it! The platform is easy to use, intuitive, and saves a huge amount of time when managing shipments. Everything is centralized — label creation, tracking, customer returns…
The support team is also very responsive and professional, always ready to help whenever needed.
It’s a real plus for our Shopify store: the integration is smooth and reliable.
In short, an essential tool to simplify logistics!

Nous utilisons Sendcloud depuis plus de 3 ans et nous en sommes très satisfait. Beaucoup de mise à jours viennent ajouter de nouvelles fonctionnalités, et le service client est rapide.
Idéal pour la gestion de petites et moyennes boutiques, il fait aussi ses preuves sur les gros volume, et l'interface est très claire!

Platform and integration are reliable, the customer service is prompt. The colab with the insurance with Xcover is great, simple and efficient when a package goes missing. Of course the sending rates are expensive but all postage is these days!

I operate a small business with self-fulfillment and Sendcloud is a great solution for me. It was easy to connect to Shopify and set it up with all my requirements and needs. I can navigate all my orders logistic and get reliable and detail information for all my shipments. The preparation of labels and dropping off of the deliveries is very easy and works quickly. I also like the broad selection of carriers which can fit well with my clients needs

Easy connection, never experienced downtime, and good communication and follow up when their are shipping errors, I like being able to directly compare shipping prices.

Nicely integrated, easy to use shipping an returns solution. We're using Sendcloud wiht both own carrier contracts as well as Sendcloud rates for specific carriers, which are also very competitive. The seamless integration with Shopify along with the automations save us a lot of time and resources. Lots of customization options as well - a really recommendable tool!

Great integration with the Shopify store and great customer service. They seem to be constantly adding new features too, which, at least compared to competitors, are well-priced and much welcome.

Works really smoothly with Shopify, it totally simplifies fullfulling and shipping for our store. I cannot imagine running the store without it.
