I used to use SendOwl years ago and have recently returned. Coming back has made me wonder why I ever left! They make things easy and the service is fantastic!

The support was for me a horrible experience. Never had the correct answers to my questions.
Moreover if you have apps like receiptful already installed this will be complicated to setup.
This app is a huge part of my business. I sell digital study guides, and SendOwl makes it possible to deliver electronic copies to my clients. It is the easiest digital delivery service I have ever used.

We switched to SendOwl last June and we couldn't be happier. We have a large volume of customers and a range of over 100 download products. SendOwl has been bug-free, easy to learn and use, and delivers a functional and elegant client experience.

Updated: I am not seeing an email in support. Can you please email support@sendowl.com and say "route to leadership team"? They will get you sorted wrt transition.
The SendOwl team sent two (2) prior emails regarding the pricing change, including the CEO who reached out personally to see how SendOwl could help through this transition, which is not noted here in your review but we think important context. We also know our new pricing does not work for all our merchants on legacy plans, and we will support all merchants through a transition if needed. For most users, SendOwl is just as cost effective even after the change. We have valued your business greatly, and are sorry our new pricing does not work for you moving forward. We wish you the best.
I've used 20+ apps and this is the first negative review I've left. This app is complete garbage. Installing is a nightmare, managing your files is basically impossible and updating your files is literally impossible. I wish I had just built something from scratch instead of wasting my time/money.

We absolutely adore this App! More than 75% of our products are digital, and we've used it now for nearly 2 years. We've been so pleased with it's performance. We've had only a couple of issues, and once brought to the makers attention, were addressed lightning fast!!! Excellent customer service. We'll be users of this App for good!
We have used SendOwl to deliver our digital products since spring of 2020. Creating and uploading products is a breeze. The ability to create and sell product bundles was a game changer for our business. We have always been impressed by the ease of use on the Shopify platform. I have very much enjoyed using SendOwl. It's been an app that has given me 0 issues. I understand with technology sometimes servers are going to go do for whatever reason, and SendOwl is always incredibly quick to get things working again the few times it has happened over the last 4 years. Very happy with this app, their customer service, and pricing. I will continue to use this app for my website!
