The app is good overall, but the available element options are quite limited. I would love to see more customization features, such as bordered content blocks, adjustable text colors, and the ability to resize images. These additions would make blog posts much more visually appealing and flexible.

Whilst rarely get any issues with Avada apps, occasionally I do need a bit of assistance in ensuring the work the way I need. In those cases I'm always delighted how fast and effect the support is! Avada has been extremely disappointing.

As a long-time user, I expected a better experience and more respect for existing customers. Instead, core blog features that were previously available were suddenly moved behind a paywall on our new store, with no meaningful flexibility offered.

For a newly launched store, this is not a customer-friendly approach. The product may have value, but the way long-term users are being treated is frustrating and unfair. The support interaction felt rigid, unhelpful, and completely out of step with what I would expect from a brand that claims to value its customers.

Very disappointing experience. I will not be continuing with this app.
