Serialix lives inside the order page. Staff type or scan a serial next to each line item while packing. One search then finds the order and customer any serial shipped with, so warranty checks and repairs take seconds. Import serials from a supplier CSV or generate ranges, auto-assign on fulfillment, and get alerts when an order ships without one. If a product is unsafe, run a recall: list who bought an affected serial range, publish a recall page with a serial check, and email the GPSR notice.
