Stefan and his team have been exceptionally responsive, providing near-instant answers to any questions we’ve raised. The integration with Shopify is seamless, and we couldn’t be happier with the overall experience. Any small adjustments I’ve needed to streamline the process for issuing replacements, ShipAid has readily accommodated.

The only thing that will make ShipAid even better is once we have the integration for Gorgias, which I’ve been told is coming soon.
