We have recently moved to ShipBob and the transition has been incredibly smooth! This was definitely down to Lacey who guided us through every step and answered all of our countless queries. First impressions are that ShipBob is a well established company with great communication. So far, so good.
I can't imagine doing business without ShipBob. I recommend them to everyone I meet in the eCommerce industry. The customer service is incredible, even though I rarely need it. I go weeks without even checking to see if everything is shipping properly as I've had so few issues. ShipBob is the best!
Thanks Hibernate team! This is exactly what we strive for -- support when you need it, but hopefully our tech means you don't. Thanks for your partnership!

Our work together with ShipBob Ireland has been amazing so far. The app is really intuitive and easy to use. They are always there to support us with all kinds of problems that occur and resolve them very quickly. The integration with Shopify is excellent. We would definitely recommend their service.
ShipBob has completely transformed our business. We've grown drastically over the last few years and that would not have been possible without ShipBob. Our customer experience is up, shipping timelines are quick, and the seamless syncing between ShipBob and Shopify keeps everything running efficiently.
There are definitely pros and cons to shipbob. The shopify app works fine and they do have a lot of features, adding new tech features like EDI capability and integrations with SPSCommerce. However, on the b2b side, we have experienced issues. D2C works pretty seamlessly and connects to shopify with few issues.

Thanks for your feedback! I would love to unpack this with you and give an opportunity to make it right on the B2B side. We aim to be world class - although I know the B2B side is a bit newer and we had been in "beta" for a while. Perhaps some of these were growing pains.

ShipBob is the best for 3rd party direct to consumer fulfillment. I've used them since our business's inception last year and they've always been eager to help us succeed. Their app is intuitive and user friendly and they've got all the options you'll ever need. They're growing fast too! Soon to have multiple centers in Europe!
We've been using ShipBob as our USA 3PL for around 8 months and they've been awesome. Looking to expand into Canada using their services as well. Our customer success manager, Chetan has been invaluable. The app itself is very intuitive and if there is ever an issue, it's easy to get in touch with support to sort things out for you.
