I have used this app for more than two months and it works great if you want to auto synchronize and ship products from Amazon. The customer service is very responsive, specialized and patient to answer all my questions.

We have been using the WebBee for around half year. The customer support if top notch! It's been very patience with us to go over details in the zoom meetings. When Shopify ended their order fulfillment service I was VERY annoyed especially when I learned that all other services charged. SO, I chose to use MCF WebBee. I am very glad that I chose them because I found that whenever I have an issue they are available immediately to help me. My tech ability is minimal and the configuration can be overwhelming. Each time I have a question I am able to jump on a zoom with them and they are kind, patient, and walk me through the steps. Then they also have a look over my other settings and are often able to find some settings that can be changed to benefit how my business works. I HIGHLY recommend MCF WebBee if you are trying to sort out you Amazon fulfillment configuration.

UPDATE 07/2024,
I now switched to another app because WebBee always showed "out of stock" for our digital products that do not have a physical representation on Amazon. Overall the app worked great until we made our business too complex.

Connected our store yesterday in a 30 min support call with Malik. Works like a charm. I give it:
-10/10 for functionality
-6/10 for desirability because of the ugly UI -> You need support to set it up!!!
-8/10 for viability i.e. pricing
--> I hop you like the reference to the 3 important design thinking criteria for successful products.
Pro:
- Great support
- Can do what I need
- Pricing
Con:
-GUI is not great
What it can do:
- Sync inventory from Shopify to AMZ every 40 min or so
- Automatically (or rule based) creation of MCF orders for your shopify orders & getting tracking no to your customers via email then
What it cannot do
- Import orders from AMZ to Shopify
- Manage listings or anything

Must have platform for every shop, makes cross platform setups very streamline and easy to use. They're very responsive and are always available for a call. Ajeet is the man!

Fast to book. Very clear instructions. I like that they take control of the screen. Good attention to detail too.
Unfortunately, our experience with WebBee Global has been disappointing. The application had technical issues, and obtaining support has been very difficult.
Works great for our Amazon MCF working with other apps to bring in multiple channels to use Amazon FBA. Great customer service solved any issues quickly
