Shipping Protection —Shipcheck

I've tried out a few shipping protection apps and this one is the best of them all, I love that they charge a flat monthly rate without taking a percentage. Customer service has been very helpful.

Snelle hulp en fijne service. App heeft me al veel geld bespaard

easy to use but showing $0 when I put 5.

Great app! Easy to use and support is very helpful when it comes to changing functionality and customization.

very easy set up. I was hoping for a % option instead of flat rate

App works great; the only suggestion I have is to be able to base the cost of protection on a percentage of the product cost. For example, my products range in price from $1 to over $1,000. To charge $5 to protect such an expensive product doesn't seem right. I'd rather set it to charge, say 5% of the total cost instead of a $5 flat rate. Other than that, (and maybe I just didn't find it), the app is fantastic.

Ganesh my rep went above and beyond to resolve my issue. Despite his day off he took all the steps to ensure i have the setup .appreciate that .

Ganesh modified it for us and this app works great, I would certainly recommend it to all!

great app and service, thanks to Ganesh for helping

Cool product - easy to use compared to other apps out there, and customer support has been great to work with.
