Ship a customer's orders in one parcel. Newer orders wait on hold, then reuse the first tracking.
When a customer places another order to the same address, Shipjoin groups the orders so they leave in one parcel. The newer orders are put on hold in Shopify, so they wait to ship with the first order. Print one packing list for the whole parcel and fulfill the first order as usual: Shipjoin fulfills the others with the same tracking number. It never merges, edits or cancels orders, so your sales, taxes, inventory and reports stay exactly as they are.
- Finds open orders from the same customer to the same address
- Puts newer orders on hold so they don't ship separately by mistake
- One packing list for the whole parcel, with total items and weight
- Copies the tracking number to every order when the parcel ships
- Never merges, edits or cancels orders: sales and reports stay accurate
