Great app! We’ve started using it at Havenwear, and it has already made a noticeable difference in our day-to-day operations. It’s helped us streamline our workflow and manage things much more efficiently. Really excited to see what’s coming next, especially the WhatsApp update!

Very good app for tracking and every aspect of the shipment is visible on a single dashboard. You can take necessary actions immediately. Most importantly, rather absorbing the hustle of returning parcel and incurring double cost with risk if parcel damage or missing. This app helps to confirm orders upfront and check the address to exclude fake orders.

I dropship from several vendors, each with its own PostEx pickup location. I used to open every order, work out whose product it was, then book it by hand in the PostEx dashboard. With ShipOps, I mapped each product to its vendor's location once now it's one click,k and it always books against the right location. Saved me plenty of time.

Honestly the thing that sold me was the payment side — it pulled in our courier payout receipts and matched them against our own orders, and we found parcels the courier had just never paid us for. The address checker is the other one I'd mention: it catches the vague, half-written addresses before the parcel goes out, which is where most of our returns were coming from. And the Needs Attention list pulls the genuinely stuck parcels out of everything. Recommended

Honestly, ShipOps ne mera kaam bohat easy kar diya Pehle sab cheezen alag alag manage karni parti thi, ab orders, courier aur tracking sab ek hi jagah mil jata hai. Time bhi save hota hai aur kaam bhi smooth ho gaya. Pakistan ke COD business ke liye really helpful app!

The WhatsApp chatbot replies to my customers instantly and accurately, which alone saves me hours a day. Recommended for all e-commerce store owners.

I haven't opened my courier portal in weeks.
