ShipZip Shipping Rates & Rules

Fantastic app! More importantly world class support - Sid and team help custom build our shipping solution for probiotic.ie. 10/10 highly recommended.

The app itself is VERY comprehensive. It was the ONLY app that could be what my client required ( which was all very complicated ). 100000/10

The best customer service I've EVER seen on an app. I worked closely with them, and especially Ankit went ABOVE and beyond. They got on calls with me, tweaked things when I didn't know how.

Customer support rocks !!!!

This is easily one of the best shipping and delivery apps available on the Shopify App Store. Beyond the great features, their customer support is outstanding and makes the entire process seamless. Thank you to the team for all your hard work!

Aayushii Ray kicked some serious ass on my behalf today. They not only tolerated my ignorance and annoyingly stupid and repetitive questions with poise and grace, they rolled up their sleeves and squared away a shipping issue for me, setting it up exactly as I had envisioned. Aayushii Ray, I am in your debt!

What sets this app apart is the support team - super effective, efficient and very willing to ensure you are getting the most out of the app. Much appreciated! Dhruv was fabulous today!

It's really a good experience to have this app on my store. Love it!

We have been using Shipping & Delivery – ShipZip to manage shipping rules based on delivery locations and specific conditions, and it has worked very well for our needs. The app is flexible and easy to configure, and the support team is extremely responsive. Whenever we had questions or implementation issues, we received quick and clear assistance. They even added missing currency support within minutes of our request. Overall, a reliable app with excellent customer support.
