ShipZip Shipping Rates & Rules

wow! wow! wow!!! This application is the best thing that ever happened for anyone that uses third party shipping rates. I've been using a different application which was always giving me other explainable issues. I had customers constantly call me with rates and shipping issues which made me lose money and the worst part the customer service was terrible. This app is completely opposite. First off, I must say the customer service is implacable. I had a representative on Skype with me for an hour setting up all the different settings/rates i needed at no extra charge (shout out Sid). This app is amazing. This app does many things. I now deleted 2 paid apps because of this one. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

My shopify store has a lot of products and we work with 7 different couriers to ship items in Australia, that makes the shipping rate very hard to manage. Before we use Shipping Rates & Delivery date, we can only estimate the cost and that certainly cause some problems in maintaining profit in some of the areas. This app perfectly fits my needs to apply different shipping charges based on every single SKU/Tag/Postcode, then we will no longer need to worry about the inaccurate shipping cost charged my customer. This is also a good thing for my customer, as some of them don't have to pay too much for the shipping. It is fantastic app in managing the shipping rate for us. By the way, Sid and Harmish offer a great help in setting up the app, very professional, very responsive.

We are a UK business and using DPD. This app is perfect and very well priced at $7.99. This app allows us to exclude certain postcodes in the UK which are expensive to post to. This is a feature which we have been looking for that many shipping apps were missing and didn't offer. There are apps which offers this feature but they are very costly. I used 'postcode shipping' previously which was good but price was way too high. These guys contacted me out of nowhere to inform me that their app is suitable for my requirements. I installed the app and tested it. Within 5 mins, i had set up everything. Very easy app to use and setup. Note I am only using one feature of this app. I am sure it has a lot more to offer. Honestly i am over the moon with this app. I highly recommend it. Thank you very much for this great app.

Hey guys! Firstly i want to say that this app is really perfect!!! I tried a lot of app untill i install this application, they said like others app they will fix immediately what i want and yes on monday they fixed. My problem was this;
I have 5 location one is store and anothers are storage. And i make all shipment from my store. But if shopify collect products from different location, on cart put shipping price for each location but i have just one price for shipping. As they promised i talked with this guys on saturday, they said on monday they will fix. I gave permission them om saturday, i woke up on monday and i saw that i got mail problem is fixed. After i tried and really they fixed. If you have somebody who has problem like this they will understand me how i am happy. Thanks all team!

I highly recommend Shipzip: Shipping & Delivery as it has helped us streamline our website deliveries and improve the UX/UI for our cart/checkout with a custom feature where customers can be charged a delivery fee based on the suburb they live in. A custom setting that most of the other delivery apps don't have. Previously we had three shipping apps doing the same tasks this one app does which has saved us $120 USD per month with app fees and is reasonably priced at $19.95 per month for those great features on the top "shipping with delivery date" plan. On top of all the great features, the support is absolutely amazing! We had some troubles with setting the app up correctly and Sid was more than generous to help us get the app set up correctly with a quick response time. This app is perfect for anyone who has a delivery service like our florist business.

First of all, the app is absolutely great. We needed a way to set shipping rates based on weight, pickup location, delivery zip code, day, etc. We had a whole matrix of variables that we needed to solve for when setting our rates and this app did it beautifully. Even better than the app itself, though, is the support we received from the developer. Our IT staff mentioned that they’ve never experienced an e-commerce app developer like this. The app developers response time is best in class. Communication from them was clear and consistent. From initial install to post-production configuration, the level of handholding we received was extremely surprising and gratifying. (Many many thanks to Sid @ Cirkle Studio for all the help ) If you're looking to setup granular shipping rates/rules for your store this is the app you want. These are the developers you want supporting your business. Full stop.

This is a fantastic shipping app! Our shop sells thousands of products, and the products need two different shipping methods: by courier or by pallet. Most shipping apps support filtering by product tags, but in our situation, only filtering by collection can properly assign the products into right categories (i.e. by courier or by pallet). This app supports filtering by collection, and therefore we don’t have to add each single product one by one manually.

This app supports limitation by postcodes, which is a great help for us. Then, the actual shipping fee is further determined by weight. We use tiered-pricing based on total weight, and this app helps to achieve this. Later, we need mix/merge rate, and this app can do this too!

The support along the way is also excellent. I would like to say thank you to the team (especially Sid). Thank you for your timely and professional support through many emails, online chats, and resourceful online help desk.

I highly recommend Shipping Rates by ZipCode. I have been looking for a shipping rates solution for the past 3 years (since we launched our store). It seemed impossible to find out that could do what I wanted. We ended up sticking with the native Shopify shipping solution and we "made it work for us". It was not ideal, but it worked. I found Shipping Rates by Zipcode late in 2020. I downloaded the free trial and began building out the app. I created 11 different shipping zones from FedEx, the respective zipcodes per shipping zone, and the weight ranges of our boxes that we ship with the respective shipping service. It was a full project but one I am proud of. Since we subsidize our shipping costs, this customization was highly important. After everything had been set, I had a complication from products we sell that do not need to be expedited versus items that need to be expedited. It took about 1 week and they had a solution created to fit my need. I cannot thank Shipping Rates enough for the stellar performance, the incredible customer service, and the willingness to hear me out and gauge if my request/issue was worthy of adding the feature to their app. If you are looking for a shipping app solution, look no further. Seriously, this app is incredible. Thank you guys!
