It is definitely a complex system to start out on, but the help line is efficient and quick in solving issues!
Edit to add: I was struggling with how to set up a new system and the customer support was TOP NOTCH! Sid went out of his way to set up a call with me and talked me through all the different features and how to set up my specific (very confusing) scenario. I cannot recommend them enough.

Le must des application de calcul et gestion des dates de livraison. Rien à dire c'est au delà des nos attentes. Nous avons pourtant essayé de nombreuses applications. Aucune livraison ne passe à travers une date.
