ShipZip Shipping Rates & Rules

I asked Sid to create the very complicated rate for me. He was very patient and made it! Sid is wonderful and I hope he can help me again! Thank you so much!

Fast adn reliable response. Fixed my minor problem very quickly

Shipping & Delivery – ShipZip has been a great addition to our setup. The app works smoothly and gives us the flexibility we need to manage shipping and delivery options effectively. Support has been consistently excellent — responsive, knowledgeable, and quick to help whenever changes are needed. A reliable app that we’re very happy to use and would confidently recommend.

We use Shipping & Delivery – ShipZip on our second store as well, and once again it’s proven to be a very reliable solution. The app is easy to work with and gives us the control we need over shipping and delivery options. As before, the support team has been outstanding — fast to respond, professional, and always helpful when we need adjustments made. A solid choice for any store that needs dependable shipping customisation.

A very useful app - we have a complex delivery setup for local delivery/nationwide/collection with specific days and cut off times for each ect and it does it very very well. Would love some more UI customisation or options (forexample of the date selector) but otherwise its amazing.

I've been using this app for some time to get around my invididual shipping needs due to the number of items that we dropship with different logistic companies.

I ran into a small error during setup for price on application products and Ankit was very helpful. Great app and very good support. Thanks.

Easy to use, friendly staff. They were really helpful and made everything much easier. Highly recommended!

Brilliant app. I purely needed this to set different rates for remote areas within the UK and this works perfectly for this. I recommend asking for support in setting this up and the live chat helped me get this up and running within minutes. Rak and Ankit have been fantastic so all round fantastic support and application.

Great app with outstanding customer support!
I was able to set up quite complex shipping rate conditions, including postcode zones and custom free-shipping rules. The support team replied instantly and gave me very accurate, step-by-step guidance. The app works smoothly and is perfect for businesses that need flexible shipping pricing.

This app suite is extremely versatile in how it offers a wide range of shipping options and combinations based on brands, colors, cart totals, filters... anything you can think of that might offer a different shipping experience is possible.
And if you run into a snag or can't get it to work the way you need it to, the support team for this app is extraordinary. They will have your ideal shipping scenario working in very short order.
Each time I needed to update shipping and couldn't get it to work just right, a developer was able to walk me through the process and tell me how to update the setting in the future.
Each and every developer I have worked with using this app has been helpful and friendly and patient!
10/10- HIGHLY recommend this app.
