ShipZip Shipping Rates & Rules

Sid has been very helpful and is quick with his replies. He helped install it, get it designed right and even added some customization to display the local pickup to suit our needs better. 5 stars.

The support team is very cooperative and fixed all the problems you facing with your shipping method

ShipZip's customer service is top-notch. I had a few questions about my shipment, and their customer support team was incredibly helpful and responsive. This app has solved a problem that I've had for ages, and until now couldnt find a solution. Thanks so much to Sid for your assistance in setting this up for me, it is perfect! Highly recommend

Amazing customer service. Literally keen to go into the checkout and do some coding for you. Save your trouble to contact dev (but please have some knowledge to frontend so you know the changes are safe and secured)

if you have multiple locations and have problems with the multiple shipping charges ,, get this app .. the best customer service also .. manoj socha was the person that helped me on the chat and fixed everything for my store

They have provided helpful customer service in complicated situations. The app functions as I hoped.

Extremely fast service. I required some zones to be duplicated and it was done very very fast. I thought i'd be speaking to an AI bot. Nope, within 20 seconds on the online chat support I was speaking to a real person.
Thank you!
