That was very helpful, thank you so much.
The team at ShipZip are amazing!
They’re always willing to assist and consistently go above and beyond to ensure any issues are resolved quickly and professionally. No request is ever too difficult, and everything is handled with great communication and attention to detail.
What really stands out is how fast and efficient the team is while still maintaining such a high level of service. It’s rare to find a company that combines reliability, responsiveness, and genuine care for their customers so well.
Highly recommend ShipZip to anyone looking for a dependable and supportive team to work with!
Brilliant support!
It is definitely a complex system to start out on, but the help line is efficient and quick in solving issues!
Edit to add: I was struggling with how to set up a new system and the customer support was TOP NOTCH! Sid went out of his way to set up a call with me and talked me through all the different features and how to set up my specific (very confusing) scenario. I cannot recommend them enough.
Great app with lots of options for different rules at checkout and super fast response from help. Love it.
We’ve had a great experience using ShipZip on our Shopify store. The app makes shipping configuration incredibly straightforward, especially when dealing with complex rate setups and multiple regions. It’s reliable, efficient, and has helped streamline our entire checkout experience.
What really stands out is the flexibility it offers—custom rules, precise control, and smooth integration without slowing down the store. On top of that, the support team is responsive and genuinely helpful whenever needed.
If you're looking for a solid shipping solution on Shopify, ShipZip is definitely worth considering.
