Very helpful customer service, the guys are Cirkle studio have been nothing but helpful when I've asked about complex conditional shipping rates. I couldn't recommend them more.

The app allows for some fairly complex shipping structuring and does exactly what it is supposed to. When we were having an issue with capturing a particular data-point, the development team went above and beyond with a quick reply and even extended app functionality to accommodate our request. Highly recommended if you need something more complex than the out-of-the-box shipping solution offered. Especially if you want an app that you know is actively supported.
