I have 3 stores that use shipzip, Sid and his team are very very helpful. I wouldnt use any other shipping app. ( I switched from another one after a few years) Shipzip is very versatile.
Exactly what we needed! The app allows us to customise our delivery options nicely, a must have feature that we couldn't set up directly via our Shopify store. Sid from the customer service team has been a huge support in helping us create the rules we needed. We are very pleased with the app!
Used this to setup 40+ shipping zones by postcode in Australia. Worked really easily and support staff was very helpful when I had issues.
The most stupid app I've ever used! It's not easy to use or understand. The videos are useless! I can't understand them and they fly thru the important parts. Seriously, figure your S#!T out!
First of all I am really sorry that it is complicated to understand our application. I know application needs to be easy to understand but the shipping is the complicated thing it self so defiantly it's options are complicated to understand.

Good App, just what i was looking for. The Dashboard is simple to use and the assistants very helpfull. I transmited my vision and they helped me configurate it and it worked very well. I recommend to people that are looking to have a dynamic shipping fee and, in my case, depending also on the quantity ordered. Fair price also

We are a US based online meat store. We are using this app in junction Order Delivery Date to allow our customers to choose a date of delivery and then get the available shipping options for that day. This shipping app has changed everything! I'm thrilled with the customizations of calculations for shipping rates by zone. We are no longer losing money on shipping and finally able to offer accurate shipping costs for the customer. It took some time to set up but it has been worth it.
